You'll need to get your sensitivity up to exploit it which poetry class happens to be good for. Google the fairy locations if you want to avoid resting/vactions and save much time, while building other stats. You can keep her stress down early by bribing her with pocket money allowing you to postpone working on morals, which are critical but a time sink if your trying to get her combat ready and sticking to classes (when she does actual work you can't buy it off fast enough). Consider using the "healthy" diet as well to get an early stamina boost. Magic users become proficent at fighting more quickly than regualr fighters due to the way the damage formula works, although you have to worry about mana as well as health, but you should be able to climb the curve pretty quickly by grabbing loot from the first three zones, training magic with the loot, killing the bandits and continuing to train with the bounties, switching to poetry and science/dance (mp and hp pool respectively) when magic caps (or training stamina through farming/lumberjacking) then pusing into the dessert zone when you blow through that money.
